Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with GrainProteinTech Climate Control & Air Treatment US LLC. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Downloadable software products.
    • Items marked as “final sale.”
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

To ensure efficient processing of returns, we require that all returns be authorized through an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Steps to initiate a return:

    • Include the following information in your request:
      • Order number.
      • Product name and quantity.
      • Reason for the return (e.g., defective, incorrect item received).
      • Photos (if applicable, e.g., damaged items).
  2. Receive RMA Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you an RMA number along with return instructions.
  3. Prepare the Return:
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt inside the package.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided by customer support. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  5. Inspection and Refund: Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the item is returned for reasons other than being defective or incorrect.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
